Last week, Alison opened up on her body insecurities as she shared her solidarity with viewers during an honest segment on This Morning. The 48 year old TV star was presenting alongside her Friday co-host Dermot O'Leary, and the duo hosted a phone-in to discuss body hang-ups.
As nervous viewers rang up for advice on their personal issues, Alison, who also apologised to fans she'd blocked because she thought they were insulting her by calling her the "GOAT", shared her own experience with her body image.
