The 41-year-old singer, who arrived with husband Swizz Beatz, showed off all the details of her amazing look – which featured the skyline of New York City! Alicia‘s full look, from Ralph Lauren, featured the skyline in the dress detail, and also in the black wrap she wore as a cape.
She completed her look with Tiffany & Co. jewelry. The dress code for the event is “Gilded Glamour” and it’s inspired by the Costume Institute’s exhibition, In America: An Anthology of Fashion.
Guests are asked to “embody the grandeur—and perhaps the dichotomy—of Gilded Age New York,” a period that stretched from 1870 to 1890.
