The One Show favourite Alex Jones, 43, was in for a shock when she tried out a gender face swap filter on herself and her co-host Chris Ramsey, 33.

Many social media users have been experimenting with the filters to see what they would look like as a member of the opposite sex and sharing the results in Instagram and Twitter posts.Alex got involved with the trend by using the filter on a snap of herself and comedian Chris after they hosted tonight’s episode of The One Show together.The filter gave Chris long brown locks and a more feminine look, while Alex’s face was transformed with a beard.However, Alex, who has been married to husband Charlie Thomson since 2015, was surprised to find she looked “uncomfortably similar” to one of her.
