AJ Pritchard quits Strictly Come Dancing after four years

ok.co.ukAJ Pritchard has announced he is leaving Strictly Come Dancing after four years on the show.The 25 year old joined the hit BBC One dance show in 2016, quickly becoming a favourite amongst viewers.
Announcing his departure, he said in a statement: AJ has reached the semi-final in three series of the show, finishing in fourth place with gymnast Claudia Fragapane in 2016.
He came fifth in 2017 and 2018 with The Saturdays singer Mollie King and Paralympian Lauren Steadman respectively. Last year, he was partnered with social media sensation Saffron Barker, being eliminated in week 10.
It was revealed earlier this month that AJ will participate in the 2020 series of Strictly, but it has now been announced it will be his last.
