Affordable housing development results in 36 families setting up homes in North Lanarkshire

Thirty-six families have set up new homes in North Lanarkshire thanks to affordable housing developed by the Link Group.Construction of the £6.2m development, located off Laxford Place in Coatbridge, started in July 2020 using £3.421m of Scottish Government funding, with the remainder provided by Link and private lenders.
