It comes from independent theatre group 53Two, who have moved to Watson Street from their first home in the old Bauer Millett showroom.
The site has been empty and derelict for a decade, but director Simon Naylor - a former Corrie actor - and his team have lovingly restored and preserved its glory days.
They've taken over two arches, the second of which will be the new home of the theatre, but will only open one for the time being.
