A Lanarkshire Chapel could be converted into a home if granted planning permission

A chapel in East Kilbride could be given a new lease of life after being derelict for almost two decades.A planning application to convert the former Phillipshill Hospital Chapel in East Kilbride into a family home has been submitted to South Lanarkshire Council.The council received the application in March and validated it yesterday (August 3).The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
