A Hamilton charity shop could be converted into a café pending approval

A planning application has been made to convert a charity shop in Hamilton into a café.South Lanarkshire Council received the plans on March 6 to change the Shelter base on Quarry Street.The inside of the current shop would be refurbished and a seating area as well as a food counter would be added to the premises.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
