Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens, and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. He took charge of his family's real-estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded its operations from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan.
The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. Forbes estimates his net worth to be $3.1 billion.
It's more than four years since Roxette singer Marie Fredriksson passed away at the age of 61, after a long 17-year battle with ill health.The Swedish songstress – known for huge 1980s hits with Roxette including Joyride, It Must Have Been Love, Run To You and The Look – sadly died on Monday, 9 December 2019 leaving fans devastated.
Her ordeal began on September 11, 2002, when she came back from a jog with her husband and fellow musician Mikael 'Micke' Bolyos, feeling unwell and suddenly losing sight in her right eye.
Feeling nauseous, she attempted to lie down but instead collapsed in the bathroom, hitting her head against the sink so hard that it triggered an epileptic seizure.
Marie, who co-founded Roxette with Per Gessle in 1986, was immediately rushed to hospital with a severe concussion, where two days later doctors discovered a malignant tumour at the back of her head.
