Zoe Ball’s BBC Radio 2 show has lost one million weekly listeners, after she replaced Chris Evans to front the Breakfast Show.
The 49-year-old’s show attracted an average of 8.1 million weekly listeners in the first quarter of 2020, according to industry body Rajar, with their figures released today.
This is a decline from the 9.1million people tuning in during the same period last year, and 8.2million in the last quarter of 2019.
Zoe took over the coveted slot on last January, after Chris headed over to Virgin Radio. And the host recently admitted that she does take any drop in ratings personally.
