The Queen’s eldest granddaughter, Zara Tindall, has continued to stand as a pillar of support for her cousin Prince Harry as the two departed a vigil for the late monarch in the same car on Saturday night.

Both the Duke of Sussex, 38, and Zara, 41, took part in a special ceremonial vigil at Westminster Hall on Saturday evening, in which all eight of the Queen’s grandchildren had come together to form an honour guard around her coffin for around 15 minutes.

Following the vigil, Prince Harry and Zara were spotted leaving Westminster together in the same car, while Prince William travelled separately with Zara’s brother Peter Phillips.

The decision to travel separately once again reflects the continued tension that lingers between the brothers, even despite their show of unity in recent days as they come together to mourn their beloved grandmother, who passed away on 8 September.
