Zara Tindall's husband Mike Tindall has revealed his grief after hearing news of the Queen's death. He posted on Instagram to pay tribute to Her Majesty.The former international rugby player, who used to sing the national anthem before every match, shared a photo of the Sydney Opera House with the Queen's image shadowed over it, on his story.
His message was simple, posting a love heart next to the photo.The photo he had shared was from an Australian newspaper. It was captioned: "We are well-used to seeing the Sydney Opera House illuminated to mark significant events, but tonight’s image is above and beyond. "The sails have been illuminated to pay respect to the late Queen Elizabeth II." The sportsman has previously spoken about his admiration of the Queen, labelling her an "amazing woman".
He told The Telegraph: "I can only say how kind they've been to me, and how welcoming they've been to me since joining the family.
And how they've made my family welcome "I've always felt part of it and I think that's down to what an amazing woman the Queen is.They're a fantastic family." Zara, who is the granddaughter of the Queen, is yet to pay public tribute to Her Majesty following the news of her sad passing, however it is believed she was at Balmoral to be with her grandmother in her final moments.
