Zara McDermott has been flooded with messages as she said she was 'beyond honoured' to announce her latest move. The former Love Island star has in more recent years turned her attention to documentary making.
Viewers may have watched her various films so far with BBC Three, which have included exploring revenge porn, rape culture, disordered and the secrets of Ibiza.
Now, Zara has taken her work one step further and has revealed she's now an ambassador for Refuge, a charity providing specialist support for women and children experiencing domestic violence.
Sharing the news on Instagram, Zara said: "I am beyond thrilled and honoured to announce that I am now an ambassador for Refuge.
