Zara Holland has fled Barbados, leaving her boyfriend Elliott Love locked up in a Covid isolation unit and facing a possible jail sentence.
The Love Island star was allowed to leave the Caribbean island nation after paying a £4,417 ($12,000 Barbados dollars) fine for breaching coronavirus rules, decided in court on Wednesday.
The Love Island star's lawyer Andrew Pilgrim QC, Holland's lawyer, said she left that very night. He told MailOnline : "Zara left Barbados last night.
The fine has been paid and she was free to go." Zara's boyfriend Elliott Love, who is suffering from coronavirus, will remain in the Paragon military base on the island, which has been converted into a Covid-19 isolation centre.
