YouTube star dies of incredibly rare cancer at 35 leaving devastated partner and two young children

YouTuber Luke Goodwin has died at the age of 35, it has been announced.The Grimsby based dad of two died of cancer, and his wife Beckey said that he passed away on Friday 2 August at home surrounded by his family.

Luke had documented his battle with cancer on his YouTube channel, I Will Not Be Defeated, after he was diagnosed with stage four Leiomyosarcoma in August 2022.

He had previously organised and participated in charity events, including a walk across the Humber Bridge to raise money for people battling illnesses like his own.

Leiomyosarcoma, also known as LMS, is a rare cancer of the smooth muscles and can affect the bladder, uterus, blood vessels and intestines.
