An inquest to determine how Yousef Makki died could be in doubt after lawyers argued there is 'no sufficient case' for the hearing to take place next month.
Yousef, 17, from Burnage and a scholarship pupil at Manchester Grammar School, died after being stabbed in the heart by friend Joshua Molnar in a fight in the Trafford village of Hale Barns on March 2, 2019.
