A teenager who accused a former teacher of engaging in sexual activity and communication with him when he was under the age of 16 has been cross examined on the second day of a trial hearing.
The defence counsel for Rebecca Whitehurst, 46, accused the boy of 'concocting' text messages and that allegations of sexual activity with him were false.
Mark Ford QC spoke to the boy, who appeared as a witness via video link, at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court and accused him of creating the false allegations as he was angry at her rejecting him.
Ms Whitehurst, who is accused of two counts of sexual activity and one of sexual communications, was a teacher of the boy at the time.
