YES Network Turns Back The Clock With Saturday Morning Original Animated Streaming Series

deadline.comThe YES Network, TV home of the New York Yankees, is expanding into animation with a turn-back-the-clock Saturday morning series called Bronx Buds.
The regional sports network will start streaming HexClad Presents Bronx Buds (the full name of the show, with kitchenware sponsor) on August 17.
The series, whose 7-minute episodes will drop each Saturday, is produced exclusively for the YES App in partnership with Tzero Studios.
The series tracks a fictitious, Bronx-based youth baseball team, The Pinstripes, “introducing laughter, life lessons, unexpected curveballs and unbreakable friendships,” according to a press release.
