Former X Factor winner Ben Haenow has slammed the way that the contestants are at the show's 'mercy'. The London-born singer, 35, won the 2014 series of the singing contest against bookies' favourite Fleur East.
His remarks come following criticism of the show from 2011 contestant Misha B, who accused the series of being racist and claimed she was a victim of bullying due to being a black woman.
