X Factor's Stevi Ritchie displays incredible body after shedding whopping four stone

Stevi Ritchie has opened up on his four stone weight loss after undergoing a lifestyle overhaul.The 44 year old, who starred in the 11th series of The X Factor back in 2014, said in 2023 he feels he has a "lovely body now" after previously feeling "hideous" over his weight.

Stevi often shares gym content with his near-30K Instagram followers and said on the platform earlier this year: "It's important to try and keep in good shape," as he flexed his toned abs in the mirror.

And speaking to The Sun previously, Stevi explained: "I’ve had a four stone loss at 42 years old, so I’ve got my abs now which is great," before going on to admit he "never" thought he would be able to do it. "I came off an Easter panto and I looked in the mirror and thought ‘I don’t like that.’ I thought I looked really overweight and hideous,” he told the publication.

He then detailed how he hired a personal trainer online to guide him, which helped shed the pounds. Seeing his ab lines and biceps has further motivated him to stick to his new routine in order to keep his newfound confidence.
