justjared.comFormer The X Factor contestant Thomas Wells has died at the age of 46 after a horrific accident occurred at his workplace. Thomas appeared on the first season of Fox’s American version of The X Factor back in 2011.
He made it to the boot camp round, but did not advance to the live shows. Throughout his singing career, Thomas also appeared on reality shows like The Voice, America’s Got Talent, and The Winner Is. Thomas passed away on November 13 after being involved in a horrific accident while on the job at a tire manufacturing plant in Oklahoma.
