Wynne Evans axed from Strictly Come Dancing tour after vile sexual comment to co-star

Wynne Evans has been dramatically dropped from the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour following a video of him making an inappropriate sexual remark towards his co-star at the tour's Birmingham launch.

Despite apologising for his comment, Evans has been removed from the show.The video showed Evans making a crude sexual comment to Janette Manrara, the tour's host, as she approached the group.

He sang: "Go Compare," then added: "Not too close to Jamie [Borthwick]."He then used the highly offensive term "spit roast" in reference to a vulgar sexual act.

In a statement to the Mirror, Evans said: "My language was inappropriate and unacceptable, for which I sincerely apologise." He was spotted with the tour cast in Liverpool after withdrawing from the Glasgow shows due to injury.
