dailystar.co.ukWWE have confirmed the death of Shad Gaspard aged just 39. The former Superstar went missing while swimming at Venice Beach in California on May 17, and was last seen instructing lifeguards to save the life of his son.
Gaspard was known for his partnership with Cryme Tyme in JTG, becoming fan favourites during their time together. The much loved wrester had formerly played basketball at Georgia Perimeter College and also served as a bodyguard to some of the biggest names in Hollywood.
The official statement read: “WWE is saddened to learn that former WWE Superstar Shad Gaspard has passed away at the age of 39. “Gaspard had gone missing while swimming with his son at Venice Beach in California on May 17.
