A woman was arrested after leading police on an 80mph chase and smashing her van into a wall - and it later emerged she only held a provisional driving licence.
Danielle Burns, 20, was spotted speeding in Manchester in the early hours of September 10 last year, but she ignored signals to pull over.
Today prosecutor Neil Ronan told Minshull Street Crown Court that Burns drove at 50mph over over speed bumps on a built-up, residential street.
After around 10 minutes, the chase came to an end when Burns mounted the pavement and hit her van into a wall, the Manchester Evening News reports.
