Georgia, known as @georgiasjournal on TikTok, recently headed to Tenerife with her family in a bid to cheer up the cooler months.
But, unfortunately, the holiday wasn't quite what they expected. They jetted off towards the end of November, and packed their bags ready to soak up the sun and chill out by the pool.
But sadly the trip took an unexpected turn, and it didn't quite go to plan. She said she needs "answers" after she was greeted at the destination with a bit of a shock.
