A woman says she has been left 'fed up' as a metal railing that surrounds her bungalow has prevented her from accessing her own garden.
Pamela Griffin, 67, lives in a bungalow at the Rochdale Borough Housing managed site but says she has been unable to enjoy the large grassed area outside ever since she moved in.
And the pensioner says that due to a stark rise in electricity bills, she can no longer afford to put on her tumble dryer, but is left with no option as she cannot put her washing outside on the line attached to her house.
Rochdale Borough Housing manage the site, which consists of numerous bungalows. Pamela has a small fenced garden at the front of her property, but says the green railings and metal gates mean her and her neighbours cannot access the grassed area which snakes all the way around the back of the houses.
