Julien Lopetegui has left his post as Wolves manager just days before the club takes on Manchester United in the opening match of the Premier League season.
Lopetegui took over at Molyneux in November 2022 to replace Bruno Lage with Wolves languishing at the bottom of the table. The former Real Madrid boss guided his new side to comfortable safety with a 13th-placed finish.

His departure comes on the eve of the new season with Wolves now without a coach just six days before they take on United at Old Trafford on Monday, August 14.
