Wishaw gym set to offer classes specially tailored to new mums

iOS - Android Michael told Lanarkshire Live :: “One of the big things we are told is that new parents are unable to get exercising, so we are aiming to host classes for new mums allowing them to bring their kids to the gym. “We also have a partnership with the Aroma Coffee Shop in Wishaw, so it means people can come down, get fit, have a coffee and socialise.“We have the usual bodypump, circuits, yoga and hip class but we are always looking at ways of doing more.”There possibly couldn’t have been a worse time to launch a fitness business than during the pandemic, with coronavirus restrictions forcing their closure.But that hasn’t dulled the enthusiasm of former St Aidan’s High pupil Mark, who lives in Cleland but is from Kirk o’ Shotts.He.
