Wishaw saw their match at Muirkirk postponed on Saturday as results elsewhere sent them tumbling into the bottom three of the 16-team West of Scotland Second Division. However, boss David Dunn is confident his side have the quality to fire themselves back up the table when they return to league business in a fortnight.Cup action takes precedence this weekend with a clash against Kello Rovers in the West of Scotland League Cup - which has been switched to the Beltane due to damage to Rovers' Nithsdale Park pitch - coming before hosting Craigmark on November 19.And Dunn isn’t panicking about their league position. He said: “Everybody around us just in the league just seems to be winning while we are not playing.“Glasgow Perthshire beat us the other week and they are up to seventh place now so that’s a big jump.“It doesn’t look good for us in the table but I’m still confident.

We’ve got more than enough in the squad to start shooting up the league.“It can’t be helped with the games we’ve had postponed and we’ve got another cup game this weekend, so teams around us will have the chance to get more points on us again.“We are looking like having as much as four games in hand on some teams, and with the weather you don’t know how much we will be playing catch-up.“But I think we are in a false position at the moment.”Saturday’s clash with Kello is a 1.30pm kick-off and Dunn hopes his men can sort out their defensive woes.He said: “Kello will be another tough game but we will be fine if we can stop individual errors."There’s quality in the squad.

I see it every week in training.”Follow Lanarkshire Live Sport onTwitter via@LanLiveSport, like us onFacebookor find us onInstagramfor the latest sports news, pictures and video.
