Windscreen smashed by missile thrown from overpass on busy Scots road

A missile launched from an overpass on a busy road in Fife left the windscreen of a car smashed.Police are searching for a number of youths after the incident happened on the A92 at Preston Roundabout between 6pm and 7pm on Tuesday.

The windscreen of a car was smashed while the terrified driver was making his way to Markinch.Thankfully the man was not injured but police are searching for four youths, aged 13 to 14 years old, following the incident.Police Sergeant David McCabe said: “Thankfully the driver was unhurt.
