Willie Miller has admitted efforts to finish the Premiership season appear doomed. The decision to call time on 2019/20 could have been made today but as revealed by last night, clubs moved to postpone a key video conference today to allow a meeting of the Joint Response Group and the Scottish government.
The former Aberdeen star, who has managed and been a director at the club, feels that the SPFL have made a "valiant" effort to continue but the level of complication associated with a return at this stage renders it fruitless.
Should the SPFL agree with his position, Celtic would be awarded the title while Hearts would be relegated to the Championship.
