Willie Isa has described the opening weeks of Matty Peet’s tenure as Wigan Warriors head coach as “positive”. Peet has been promoted from assistant coach into the top job after Adrian Lam left the club at the end of last season.
He is being assisted by Wigan icon Sean O’Loughlin and former Warrington Wolves player and assistant coach Lee Briers. Shaun Wane has also taken up the position of leadership and management director, combining it with his job as England head coach.
