‘Wicked City’ Actor Shaquita Smith To Produce & Star In Indie Flick ‘Voyage Of The Forgotten’

deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: Shaquita Smith (Wicked City) has signed on to produce and star in the action-adventure flick Voyage of the Forgotten.
The indie feature tells the story of a young historian (Smith) who embarks on a perilous journey to uncover the long-lost adventure gallery ship, laden with gold, only to find herself entangled in a deadly game of deception and betrayal.
The film is set to shoot in the UK in the late spring of 2025. The film was written by Malcom Ali (The Changers). Voyage of the Forgotten is a TreeHouse Productions film.
Best known for starring in AMC’s popular series Wicked City and the feature My Valentine Crush for Paramount Global’s BET+ opposite Travis Cure (The Oval) and Jeff Logan (Double Cross).
