Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was left out of the matchday squad to take on Everton due to a minor injury. Aubameyang finally ended his Premier League goal drought with the equaliser in a 1-1 draw against Southampton at the Emirates in midweek.
But he was the notable absentee from the trip to Goodison Park with Eddie Nketiah, Nicolas Pepe, Bukayo Saka and Willian all in the starting line-up.
Asked about Aubameyang's absence before the game, manager Mikel Arteta confirmed he had an injury, with the club confirming on Twitter he had a tight calf.
