Jennifer Lynn Lopez (born July 24, 1969), also known by her nickname J.Lo, is an American actress, singer, dancer, fashion designer, producer and businesswoman. Unlike other wellness trends, though, this meal is absurdly simple and decidedly low brow. It consists of placing each item on a plate, usually alongside a chicken sausage for some form of protein, and dipping the uncooked veggies (popular choices are broccoli, carrots, hearts of palm, and Brussel sprouts) in both the mustard and the cottage cheese.
