Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Britain’s Got Talent 2022 live shows continue on ITV, as a range of talented performances compete in the latest semi-final in an effort to get through to Sunday’s final.

Monday night’s programme saw the return of the chilling Witch act, while busker Maxwell Thorpe and ventriloquist Jamie Leahey soared through to the final stage of the competition.

While many viewers tuning in find themselves transfixed by the entertaining line-up of acts, some have found themselves questioning why judge David Walliams has a different chair to his co-stars.

David, 50, has been on the show since 2012, sitting on the panel alongside Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Simon Cowell. So why does the comedian and author have a different chair?David actually spoke out about his chair all the way back in 2018, addressing it on social media in response to viewers who questioned his seating arrangement.
