Manchester United great Andy Cole has told Raphael Varane his future at Old Trafford will solely be decided by how much it will cost to keep him at the club or not.
The defender is out of contract in the summer. Since joining United in the summer of 2021, the French defender has played well on the whole despite the club's rollercoaster form during his stint.
However, Varane's injury record has become a worrying trend and has often stopped him from having a consistent run in the team.
These factors mean his future at Old Trafford is in doubt. His contract expires at the end of the season and Erik ten Hag has an option to extend it but he has yet to trigger it.
