Hannah Mills is a 33 year old gold medalist and campaigner . She's taking part in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics as part of the sailing team and will also represent GB as one of the flag bearers - alongside Mohamed Sbihi.
Hannah was born in Wales and started sailing on Cardiff Bay when she was just eight years old. Since then, Hannah's love for sailing has taken her to both the London 2012 Olympics and Rio 2016 - where she won silver and gold medals respectively.
The sailing super-star started her career early when she became the first female to win the Optimist National Championships in 2002, aged just 14.
She went on to win many sporting awards - including BBC Wales Young Sports Personality of the Year in 2010. Hannah even has an MBE to her
