The pair split up in 2016, after he was convicted of sexual activity with a child and given a six-year jail term, however they rekindled their romance following his release.
Stacey arrived hand-in-hand with the footballer to Bradford Crown Court, but the 31-year-old confirmed their relationship was over in the witness box during the trial.
Crying, she said: "I have remained with him. He was honest with me [after his arrest] and I knew he was telling the truth."We had just had a daughter, and I wanted us to be a family.
