When will the rain hit Greater Manchester after the hottest day of the year?

In Manchester, the weather remained hot throughout the day, with highs of around 28C. Conditions were sunny and dry with overcast spells.

Although temperatures will remain a warm 26C, there could possibly be some drizzle throughout the afternoon and into the evening.
