Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou are set to face off for a final time before they meet in the ring. Fury will be putting his 33-0-1 record on the line against a fighter making his professional boxing debut in former UFC champion Ngannou as part of the main event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The crossover bout has been billed as ‘Battle of the Baddest’ by their promoters as Ngannou looks to shock the world against the lineal heavyweight champion.
The WBC heavyweight title will not be on the line but Fury will hope to avoid embarrassment, following his agreement to fight Oleksandr Usyk for all four belts in his next fight.
Meanwhile, Ngannou is hoping to upset the odds in a major way after rejecting a new UFC contract, while reigning heavyweight champion, in order to pursue a marquee boxing match with Fury.
