The fight was announced last month, with the pair meeting in the ring prior to Artur Beterbiev's light-heavyweight world title win against Anthony Yarde in London.
However, Fury did not appear at a press conference in Saudi Arabia on February 8, with his partner Molly Mae Hague having recently given birth.
Fury has pulled out of two previous fights, with a December 2021 fight called off with the Manchester born boxer citing a combination of illness and injury for his withdrawal.
