This summer was supposed to see the first European Championships take place across the continent. Instead of a single host nation, Euro 2020 was going to see games being held from Dublin, Ireland, in the west, to the Azerbaijan capital of Baku in the east.
Wembley was going to host the semi-finals and the final. The tournament has, of course, joined the Olympics in being postponed until next summer.
To help fill the void ITV is stepping in and showing a series of classic matches from years gone by including Euro 96, when football came home.
Euro 96 on ITV Matches from Euro 96 - the last major men’s football tournament hosted by England - will start appearing on the ITV Hub from Monday May 11.
