It will be the first press briefing the prime minister has led for two weeks following a period of national mourning for the Duke of Edinburgh, who died on April 9.
Mr Johnson will be speaking from the new Number 9 briefing room at 5pm today. It comes after Matt Hancock announced in the House of Commons on Monday that India would be added to the UK's 'red list' of countries from 9am on Friday.
