He had in his possession a gun and silencer, multiple fake IDs, and what many are calling a manifesto. New York Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch described it as “a hand-written document that speaks to both his motivation and mindset.” It’s believed he kept it on his person in case he was killed by the feds.
