Will Smith attacked Chris Rock over comments the comedian made about his wife. Smith, 53, stormed the stage at the Oscars and slapped Rock for his 'GI Jane' joke he had made at the expense of Jada Pinkett Smith, who had been sitting alongside her husband in the audience.
Pinkett Smith suffers from alopecia and was sporting a buzzcut on the night - which the titular character in GI Jane famously also had.
And after attacking Rock on stage, Will Smith screamed 'keep my wife's name out of your ******* mouth'. Rock will not file any criminal charges against the actor, LAPD said after the show.
