coronavirus tiers will be returning in the final week of April.The First Minister revealed that the levels system would be implemented again after full lockdown ends in Scotland.It's anticipated that every council area will move from Tier 4 to Tier 3 on April 26 as the country gradually eases out of lockdown.Before Christmas, the level of each council area was based on a number of factors determined by the Scottish Government.Officials took into account the following indicators:But broadly number of new cases per 100,000 was a strong indicator of which level each local authority would be placed into.At the moment just one Ayrshire region could make a case for tier 2 restrictions.
