He urged his Instagram followers who were interested to stick September 12 in their diary as the day to remember if they want a reduced bill at the pub chain, which has hundreds of venues across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.He wrote: "The 12th September is a Thursday.
Kind of inconvenient, but you might be able to book the next day off work!"The deal is happening nationwide. It is part of the pub giant's plan "to highlight the benefit of a permanent VAT reduction in the hospitality industry" in what bosses have called 'Tax Equality Day'.It's important to remember that prices at Wetherspoon pubs vary across the UK, so you won't always get the same discount from one pub to the next.
