Westworld cast will still get paid for season five despite the series getting canceled by HBO

British Gas has announced it will reward customers for helping take pressure off the grid by using a reduced amount of electricity during busy times. The UK's largest energy supplier is the latest company to offer this scheme, and it's hoped that 100,000 people will sign up.

FLEETWOOD Mac legend Christine McVie has died following a short illness at the age of 79, her family have confirmed. British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac, founded in London in 1967, sold more than 100 million records worldwide, making them one of the most successful groups ever. A statement from songwriter and key member Christine McVie's family confirmed she "passed away peacefully at hospital" on Wednesday following a "short illness".

It was bad news for anyone associated with the show, led by creators Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, who had been hoping and advocating for another chapter, but for the main cast, there was some silver lining. I hear they will be paid for Season 5 regardless of the fact that it will not be produced.

Westworld has been canceled by HBO in a shock move that will leave many fans of the sci-fi drama disappointed, as creators had been hoping to wrap up the storyline in season five. Season four ended just three months ago, with the finale airing on August 14th and viewers had been left anticipating more to come from the show that stars Rachel Evan Wood, James Marsden, and Aaron Paul. The surprising decision to abruptly finish the show is said to be down to its high-cost production budget as well as falling ratings, Variety reports.It has been reported that season one of Westworld carried a hefty budget of $88million, with the figure growing to $107million in season two. Creators Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy were said to be planning on a season five of the series, which is based on the 1973 film of the same name.
