Frantic parents of children with autism and ADHD have hit out at West Lothian Council after a specialist taxi service was stopped for their two youngsters.
Some pupils with additional support needs (ASN) who had relied on the service have now been told they’ll need to make a different way to class.
One mother Hazel Lees, says her son Reece (14) cannot travel alone to West Calder High School and it would be “an accident waiting to happen”.
Another concerned mum, Jayne Duncan, says her boy Finlay has “no danger awareness” and has been severely bullied in the past.
